Darryl and his wonderful crew of painters have done work for us twice now over the last seven years, most recently this past month. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experiences have been. Darryl is organized, efficient, and clearly communicates timelines, expectations, and is proactive about any unforeseen issues. His crews are always polite, tidy, and conscientious. This most recent time, most of the interior work was done by David, who is amazing at what he does and so thoughtful and kind. You would think in today's world this kind of care would be extra expensive, but Darryl's quotes have been right in line with the other professionals we consulted. When they painted the exterior of our home seven years ago, we went with three different shades of grey on the home and several other accent colors, and despite the complexity, there were no issues and everything still looks great today. We had Justin from Chagrin Falls Painting come and paint our Home Theater room (drop down ceiling tiles, walls, cabinets, , inside of door, trim and baseboard). Justin did a fantastic job, was very careful masking off areas not to be painted and protecting the carpet and theater seats. By being careful in masking and protecting everything, he was able to spray the room and it looks great!!! Daryl remembered us from our first Deck painting 3 years ago and promptly schedule an appt to evaluate the deck, and to power wash it, and then to return to paint it with the original color. That occurred a week later ( one day power wash, second day paint) and today it looks great. We worked with Walt and Ron who were experienced, neat and careful with clean up. Walt provided us with the leftover paint for future touchups if needed and encouraged us to leave the paint in an indoor place so it wouldn’t freeze. i really appreciated their talents and their professional demeanor.
